Tuna Salad on Rice Cake

Ingredients
1 can Bumble Bee Chunk Light Tuna in Water, 3 oz 1 tablespoon Best Foods, Reduced Fat Mayonnaise1/4 cup Apples, fresh, quartered or chopped4" Strip of chopped/diced Celery, rawDash of Salt1 Teaspoon of Black Cracked Pepper1/4 teaspoon of Cajun Seasoning spice1 30 Calorie Rice Cake, Toasted
Directions
Mix together drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped apples and celery, salt, pepper and cajun seasoning.

Toast rice cake in the oven under broiler or in toaster oven for a minute or two til warm.

Spread the tuna salad on top of rice cake.
