Puertorican Yellow Rice and Beans

1.5 c Med. Rice1 can Pink Beans (drained and wash)1 tbsp canola oil.5 c Cut Ham 1 pkg sazón con achiote1 tsp chicken bouillon1/4 tsp salt1 garlic 1 tbsp of spanish sofrito2.5 c of water
In a medium casserole heat the oil and ham with the garlic and sofrito. Add the drained beans, water, sazón, bouillon, salt. Wait the water to heat and add the rice. When the water dries move the rice and put the casserole lid and wait for 25 minutes in low heat until rice is completely cook.
