1/2 a frozen, peeled banana1 tablespoon each of ground flax seed, chia seed, and hemp seed1/2 cup of coconut water1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk1/2 cup of frozen fruit (mango or strawberry are yummy)1/2 cup raw kale leaves
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until the ingredients are combined.
