1 Cup of Dole Frozen Mixed Fruit1 Cup So Delicious Non Dairy Coconut Milk, Vanilla1 Tablespoon Bob's Red Mill Whole Chia Seed2 Tablespoons Bob's Red Mill Ground Flaxseed Meal1/2 Small Banana1 Cup of Spinach, Fresh
Add frozen fruit,banana, and Coconut Milk. Blend.
Add Spinach, Chia Seeds and Flaxseed Meal, and Blend, until No Spinach leaves are present.
High Powered Blender, like a Vitamix works best, but any blender will do, as long as you blend long enough.
Serving Size: Makes 1 Serving, about 10 ounces
