Kale, Cauliflower and Cranberry salad

Ingredients
one bunch kale, stems removed, chopped1/2 of a cauliflower, chopped1/8 C dried cranberries sweetened with apple juicethe juice of one lemonabout 30 pecan halves, choppedtwo garlic cloves, crushedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
chop kale and massage with hands to tenderize, then add other ingredients and toss.
