1 stick unsalted butter1/4 cup brown sugar, packed1 large egg1 cup yogurt1/2 cup molasses1/2 cup raisins1 cup all purpose flour1 cup oat bran1 teaspoon baking soda1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix butter and sugar till light and fluffy
Beat in egg, yogurt and molasses, then stir in raisins
Whisk together dry ingredients then add to wet ingredients
Stir just to mix
Spoon mixture into 12 muffins tins or baking cups
Bake in 400 degree oven 15 - 20 minutes
