Super Easy Pork Roast Soup (GF)

Ingredients
Directions
(1) Pork Roast (any kind) 2-3 pounds (frozen or thawed)(5) Carrots Raw -medium (cut into discs 1/4 inch thickness)(5) Raw potatos (cut in half longways then sliced 1/4 thickness)Himilayan salt/sea salt and black pepper to taste1-2 cups water
1) cut and prep vegetables and place in airtight container in the refrigerator (cut to 1/4 thickness).
2) place roast in crock pot with 1-2 cups of water to cook ; ***Frozen cook on low for 8 hours
***Thawed cook on low for 4 hours
3)Remove roast and set aside in bowl
4)Place vegetables and broth from roast in large pot on stove-top and boil for 8-10 minutes until veggies are soft
5) separate pork roast meat with fork and add to pot
6) season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving Size: Makes approx 16 bowls with 3oz meat in each serving
