Venison Meatballs

Ingredients
32 oz. ground venison 1 cup cooked cooled quinoa1 egg.5 onion diced.5 bell pepper diced (I used red and green mixed)3 garlic cloves minced1 tsp. celery seeds1 heaping tablespoon of chili powdersalt and pepper to taste1 Tablespoon olive oil to coat large skillet
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and roll in to balls. Heat oil in pan and add meatballs on medium heat and cook until done and nicely browned.

Serving Size: makes 50 2" size meatballs
