Pina Colada Chia Pudding

Ingredients
1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut, no sugar added1/4 Cup Crushed Pineapple1/4 Cup Chia SeedsPinch of Salt3/4 Cup Coconut Milk1/2 Cup Pineapple JuiceSplash of Vanilla
Directions
Place coconut, pineapple, seeds, salt, and coconut milk in a container with a tight fitting lid. Stir well, add pineapple juice and vanilla and stir again. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
