Easy Cheesy Oatmeal with Chia Seeds

Ingredients
1 cup water1/4 cup Quick Oats (cooks in 5 minutes)1/8 cup Quick grits (cooks in 5 minutes)1/2 tsp. Chicken Bouillion (e.g. Knorr powdered bouillion)1 Tbsp. chia seeds1 slice American CheesePepper to taste
Directions
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add oatmeal, grits, bouillon, and chia seeds. Cook about 4 minutes, until water is almost absorbed, stirring frequently. Add cheese and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted and water is absorbed, about one minute. Serve hot.

Serving Size: Makes one 1-cup serving.
