Hoisin Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients
Baby Corn - 8 oz canPeas, edible-podded - 1 cupBroccoli 0.5 cup, chopped Red Bell Pepper (Peppers, sweet, red, raw) 1 mediumBell Pepper - Orange - 1 large Dynasty Sliced Water Chestnut 1 cupShrimp, raw, 16 oz (De-veined)Hoisin Sauce, 8 tbsp
Directions
Boil Water in a lagre pot and cook shrimp. While shrimp is cooking heat sesame oil large skillet over medium-high heat. Chop broccoli, orange pepper, red pepper into bit sized pieces (not too small) and add to skillet. Add Baby corn, Pea Pods, and Water Chestnuts. Drain shrimp and add shrimp and Hoisin sauce to the skillet. Let cook on med-high heat for 10 mins. Makes 4 servings.
