Dill Rye Bread

3 cups Fresh Ground Wheat Flour2 Cups Rye flour, fresh ground2 TBSP Honey1 tsp Salt1 tsp Caraway Seed1 tsp Dill weed1/2 cup fat free milk2 TBSP Butter
mix dry ingredients together
mix liquid ingredients together and heat to about 120 degrees
slowly mix into dry ingredients
Let rise 20 minutes
Separate into two loaves
Place on greased cookie sheet
Cover and let rise until doubled
Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees
