Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1/4 cup Coconut concentrate1/2 cup filtered water1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil2 cloves garlic1 lemon, juiced (about 2 TB)1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix for a minute until well incorporated. If dressing is too thick, add water one tb at a time

this dressing keeps in the refrigerator for several days but it will need to be brought to room temperature.
