One large head of brocco broken down into bite sized pieces1 small head of cauliflower broken down into bite size pieces wash and drainmix together the dressing4 heaped tbls of fat free Miracle Whip (Mayo doesn't taste right in this recipe)1 tbls splenda2 tbls white vinegar2 tbls lemon juice2 tsps yellow mustard (or to taste)toss sauce with veggies and sprinkle with 1 cup of grated cheddarmakes 8 servings
