2 Pork Chops1 Egg1.5 tbsp Soy Sauce1/2 tbsp Water1/4 tsp Garlic powderPinch of ground Ginger1/2 cup Breadcrumbs, Tapioca Loaf (EnerG)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease pan.
Beat the egg, soy sauce, water, garlic, and ginger together in a large bowl. Place breadcrumbs in a separate large bowl.
Dip the pork chops into the egg mixture, then into breadcrumbs, coating evenly on each side.
Arrange in a single layer on prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes. Turn and bake for another 20 minutes until the chops are tender and non longer pink.
