Grade A Extra Large White Eggs, 4 serving Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated, 10 oz Butter, salted, 4 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) *Namaste Gluten Free Perfect Flour Blend, 1 cup *Xantham Gum, .25 tsp
Preheat oven to 400F. Grease a 12 cup pan or muffin pan.
Whisk together the eggs, butter, and milk in a large bowel. In a separate bowl, whisk the flour with the xanthan gum and slat, then gradually sift and whisk into the ligquid ingredients until you have a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into the greased cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
Bake for 25 minutes, then reduce the over to 350F and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the popoevers are deep brown. Remove from the oven, let firm for 5 minutes, then remove from teh pan and servie immediately.
