Ham N Cheese Bagels

Ingredients
20 large eggs20 mini bagels1/2C Shredded cheese20 oz Honey Ham
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Mix Eggs, and spread onto a lipped cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes sprinkle cheese over egg mixture. Let eggs cool. While eggs are cooking and cooling, toast bagels. Assemble sandwiches with bagel, egg, and 1 slice of ham. Put into freezer baggie. Reheat/thaw in microwave when ready to eat for about 1 minute.
