Banana Bread Smoothie

Ingredients
1 frozen banana broken into three pieces1/2 cup steel cut oats1 Tbs cinnamon (I like a lot)1 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
Directions
Place all ingredient sin a blender (I use my Ninja single serve container) and blend for 2 full minutes to get the steel cut oats as ground up as possible. Also, if you are trying to watch calories, use unsweetened almond milk or any milk of your choice.

Serving Size: Makes one smoothie
