oatmeal bran muffins

Ingredients
1.5 c wheat bran1 c buttermilk1/3 c vegteble oil1 egg2/3 c brown sugar1/2 tsp vanilla1 c whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 c raisin2 c quaker oats(rolled oats)1/2 c sunflower seeds1/2 c walnuts
Directions
mix all ingredients together till moist.
drop into greased muffin tins, and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
