Herbed scrambled Eggs on Toast with Cheese

Ingredients
3 large eggs3 tablespoons lowfat buttermilk1 tablespoon unsalted butter1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped2 thin slices white bread3 thin slices American cheesesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Melt butter in nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Meanwhile whisk together eggs, buttermilk, and salt and pepper to taste. Toast bread. Add egg mixture to the pan along with the chives and cook to the desired consistency. Place half of the egg mixture on each slice of toast and top with cheese. Place in microwave for 30 seconds or until the cheese is melted.
