Ingredients
1 9"deep dish pie crust2 eggs beaten 6 oz evaporated milk (non fat)1t dry mustard1t saltnutmegspinach frozen approx 10oz1 shallot1/2 # mozzarella1/2 # cheddar grated
Directions
heat oven 350
beat eggs, add milk and seasonings
add spinach, onions and cheese, stir well
hour into crust bake approx 60mins

(4slices = less than 500cal) i choose smaller w/salad and fruit
breakfast, lunch or dinner
