Lowfat/Low Sugar Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
3/4 cup 1% milk1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1 egg1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup white flour1/3 cup splenda for baking3 teaspoons baking powder1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottoms of muffin pan cups. Beat the milk, applesauce, and egg together. Next stir flours, sugar, baking powder. Mix well together. Fold in blueberries, and divide among the greased muffin cups. Bake 18 to 20 minutes. Let cool and serve!
