Baked Sour Cream Donuts

Ingredients
1 C flour1 large egg1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/4 tsp salt1/2 C sour cream1/2 C granulated sugar1/4 C unsweetened applesauce 1/2 tsp vanilla extract1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Directions
Whisk together dry ingredients in medium bowl and set aside. Combine wet ingredients, and then combine the two, careful not to overmix.

Fill a greased donut tin 2/3-3/4 of the way full, bake for 10 minutes
