(Slightly) Healthier Chocolate Cheesecake Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 8 oz package full fat cream cheese1 egg1/6 cup Truvia Baking Blend1/6 cup cornstarch1 pinch of salt1/2 cup of Truvia Baking Blend1 3/4 cup white flour1/4 cup cocoa powder1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt1 cup water1 whole egg+1 egg white1/2 cup olive oil1 tablespoon vinegar1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, and then:

1. mix first 5 ingredients together with hand mixer
2. in a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients well
3. line muffin tins with paper cups, and fill 1/3 full with cocoa mixture
4. drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture on top of each cupcake
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes
