Small Batch Chocolate Peanut Butter Doughnuts

2 1/2 tbsp smooth peanut butter3 tbsp brown sugar1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk2 tsp vanilla5 tbsp spelt flour1 tbsp cocoa powder1 tsp ground flaxseedpinch nutmeg1/2 tsp baking powderpinch salt2 tsp miniature chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease 4 wells of a doughnut pan.
Beat together the peanut butter and brown sugar until creamy.
Stir in the almond milk and vanilla until well combined.
Mix in the flour, cocoa, flaxseed, nutmeg, baking powder and salt.
Spoon the batter into the pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake for 13-14 minutes, until the doughnuts feel firm and spring back when you gently press them.
