Steamed Chicken Broccoli & Rice

Ingredients
1 oz chicken breast, boneless, skinless, diced in bite size pieces1 cup fresh broccoli chopped in bite size pieces1 cup long grain white rice, rinsed1 Tbsp tamari or soy sauce (optional)
Directions
In a small saucepan bring 2 cups water to boil with a pinch of salt. When boiling add rice and stir. Bring back to a boil, cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 18-25 minutes til rice is tender. (start checking at 18 minutes)
While rice is cooking,
In a steamer basket, Layer broccoli and chicken. Steam for 10-12 minutes til chicken is cooked through and broccoli is tender. Serve over rice with a drizzle of soy sauce.
