120 grams boneless skinless chicken breast, cut in cubes2 turkey sausage cut in 1 inch pieces2 cups sliced red and green bell peppers1 cup chopped onionGarlic powder, basil, vegeta and pepper to taste1 tsp olive oil1 cup uncooked rotini1 can diced tomatoes
Drain liquid from tomatoes and stir fry vegetables and spices in the liquid. Remove from pan. Add olive oil and brown chicken and sausage, then add vegetable mixture and simmer for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, cook the rotini according to package directions, until al dente. Drain and add to the chicken mixture. Simmer for ten minutes and serve.
