Vegan Chickpea Patties

Ingredients
1 can Organic Chickpeas, drained and rinsed1 tsp Onion, dried, minced1/4 tsp Granulated Garlic3/4 tsp Redmond Real Salt1 Flax Egg (3 tbsp water, 1 tbsp flax seed meal)2 tbsp Lemon Juice1/2 cup Organic White Flour1/4 cup bread crumbs2 tbsp Organic Olive Oil for frying
Directions
Combine in food processor: chickpeas, onion, garlic, rosemary sea salt, lemon juice and flax egg. Pulse a few times add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in pan on medium heat. With damp hands form patties about 2-3 inches in diameter. Fry about 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. You should end up with 14-15 patties.
