Curried Chicken Salad

Ingredients
4- 13oz. Canned Chicken Breast (in water)1 cup of chopped Pecans2/3 cup of Craisins6 Tbsp Lite Mayonnaise2 Tbsp Curry Powder2 tsp Onion Powder2 tsp Garlic Powder1 tsp Salt
Directions
Drain and rinse chicken then shred the meat with fork
Add Pecans, Craisins, Mayonnaise, Curry, Onion, Garlic and mix thoroughly. Add Salt to taste and Pepper, if desired.

Serve on a bed of lettuce, as a sandwich or by itself with crackers.
