Jello Poke Cake- Lemon Lime

White Cake MixLemon Lime Jell-O (can substitute other flavors)Cool Whip
Prepare cake as instructed on the box.
Cool completely then stick in fridge for 30 minutes.
Poke holes, 1" apart all throughout cake.
In a bowl, add 1 Cup boiling water to jell-o mix. Dissolve.
Add 1/2 cup of cold water and stir.
Dump evenly on top of poked cake and stick in refrigerator.
Let stand for 6 hours.
Cover with cool whip and serve.
Serving Size: Makes 24 2 inch pieces
