turkey sausage quiche

Ingredients
2 Italian sausage turkey links, skin removed1 cup onion chopped1 cup sliced mushrooms4 eggs1 cup milk3/4 cup cheddar jack cheese1 frozen ready to use pie crustpepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
Heat nonstick skillet over medium high heat and add turkey sausage, onion, and mushroom and cook until sausage is cooked through.
While that is cooking, whisk the 4 eggs and cup of milk together until light and fluffy, adding pepper to taste. Whisk in the cheese.
Spoon the sausage mixture into the frozen pie crust and spread evenly. Then pour the milk, egg, and cheese mixture over that and cook for 35-40 minutes until crust is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Serving Size: Makes 8 regular servings or 6 dinner size servings
