Zesty Quinoa Side dish

Ingredients
8.8oz dry quinoa10.5 oz can of Cream of Jalapeno soup (condensed)10.5 oz water (one can of water)
Directions
Put soup and water into sauce pan, add quinoa. Bring to a boil. Cover the pan and turn heat to a slow simmer. Check in 15 minutes, might need up to 5 extra minutes. Quinoa will become translucent when it's done. Don't over cook or it will turn to pasty mush.

Serving Size: Makes 7-8 half cup servings
