MY homemade Banana Bread

cooking sprayflour (I used whole wheat any will do)baking sodasaltbananas (very ripe)sugarmilk (any kind)vegetable oilcinnamonnutmeg
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
Line pan with parchment paper, leave extra sticking out so you can easily pull the bread out.
Coat the paper with cooking spray
Whisk the flour, baking soda and salt together in a bowl.
Whisk the bananas, sugar, milk, oil and cinnamon and nutmeg together in another bowl.
Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients with a rubber spatula until the batter just comes together (it's OK if there are lumps).
Transfer the batter to the pan and bake until a toothpick in the center comes out clean, 55 to 60 minutes.
Serving Size: 1 loaf (8 servings)
