overnight oatmeal with yogurt and chia seeds

Ingredients
1 container of any flavour 0% yogurt4 cups of large flake oatmeal1/4 cup of chia seeds1 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milkyou can add nuts, dried fruit or anything else that strikes your fancy, can substitute almond milk for any other milk
Directions
mixed all ingredients together and spoon into individual containers and place in fridge overnight
