rayne's cinnamon sugar almonds

Ingredients
Almonds, 3 cup, wholeMaple Syrup, 1 tbspkosher salt, 1.5 tspPepper, red or cayenne, .25 tspCinnamon, ground, 1 tspBrown Sugar, 4 tsp packed
Directions
heat oven to 300f
line a baking sheet with parchment paper or non stick foil
mix first 4 ingredients, tossing to coat all almonds
mix together brown sugar and cinnamon then toss altogether
bake 25-30 minutes, stirring around occasionally to avoid burning.
let cool before storing to keep crispy
