Ingredients
-3 Ounces Cream Cheese, Softened-1/4 Cup Mayonnaise-1/2 Teaspoon Salt-1/8 Teaspoon Pepper-1/4 Cup Green Pepper, Finely Chopped-1/4 Cup Celery, Finely Chopped-1/4 Cup Sweet Pickle Relish-2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Minced-8 Eggs, Hard-Boiled, Chopped
Directions
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper until smooth. Stir in the green pepper, celery, relish, and parsley. Fold in the egss and refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
