Cheesy Chicken Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients
Cooking sprayChicken Breast, 8 oz., cut in chunks Onions, raw, .5 medium, chopped Garlic, 2.5 clove, choppedPenne Pasta 10 oz Broccoli, fresh, 1.25 cup, chopped Red Bell Pepper, 1/3 of medium size, choppedZucchini, baby, 1 small, choppedGranby Farms Cream of Chicken Soup, 16 0zCheese: Sargento Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar, Shredded, 1 cup Herbes de ProvenceCoarse SaltRed Pepper FlakesBlack Pepper
Directions
Boil penne. When it's halfway done, add broccoli. Drain, keep in colander. When same pan is hot w. cooking spray, add onions and garlic. Saute for 2-3 min., add red pepper and zucchini and chicken. When almost done, add spices, cook 2-3 min. more. Add soup. If needed, add a T or two of chix broth or water. Pour in casserole dish that's beeen covered with cooking spray. Spread cheese evenly over top. Sprinkle with smoky mild to medium paprika. Bake with top on for the first 10 min., then top off for the final 10.
