Southwestern Chopped Salad

Ingredients
Salad1 Large head of Romaine (15oz)1 Can black beans, rinsed and drained1 Large orange bell pepper1 pint cherry tomatos1 can corn, rinsed and drained5 green onionsDressing:1 cup cilantro, stems removed1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or avocado)2 Tbs. fresh lime juice1-2 garlic cloves1/4 cup olive oil1 1/2 tsp. white wine vinegar1/8 tsp salt
Directions
Dressing: Puree yogurt (can sub avocado), lime juice, garlic, olive oil, white wine vinegar and salt. Set aside.

Salad: Finely chop all vegetables except cherry tomatoes, which can be left whole or cut in half. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and toss with dressing.
