Brunch pizza squares

1 pound Pork sausage1 (8 oz,.) can Crescent rolls6 Eggs, lightly beaten2 Tbsp. Milkdash of Salt and Pepper4 oz. (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese1/4 cup Sweet Pepper, chopped (opt.)1/4 cup Onion, chopped(opt.)2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese (opt.)
Preheat oven to 400. Lightly spray a 9x13" baking dish with nonstick spray.
Brown, drain, and crumble sausage.
Unroll crescent dough, seal seams, and roll onto the bottom and slightly up the sides of prepared dish.
Sprinkle with sausage, peppers and onions.
Stir eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour evenly over pizza. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 15-20 minutes or unitl eggs are set and crust is golden.
