Chopped Veggie/Mozzarella Salad

Ingredients
Really easy chopped veggie side salad - great with sandwich for lunch. Just cherry tomatoes, English cucumber, radish, basil, fresh mozzarella and baby spinach - chop all to equal size is a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. You can really add any veggies together for this. Amounts are an estimate based off the one serving size I made which was about 1.5-2 cups.
