4 chicken breasts cooked and shredded (3 Cups)1/2 cup plain low fat greek yogurt3 tablespoons green onions sliced1 large avocado mashed (1 Cup)2 tablespoons lime juicesalt and pepper to tastechopped cilantro optional
Mash avocado and mix with chicken and yogurt. Stir in onions and lime juice. Add cilantro if desired and season to taste with salt and pepper.
