Ingredients
Dice chile peppers(I like fresh jalapenos)tomatoe and spinach and sauté on heated oil, just for a couple of minutes and add the eggs already beaten, stir and cook.
Directions
heat up oil, chop and sauté all veggies. Scramble and mix with veggies, cook and ready.
