3 small chicken breast with skin on.1 cup of fresh green beans1/2 cup of red peppers sliced2 tsp italian seasoning1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powder1 tbs extra virgin olive oil1 tsp sesame oil2 oz chicken broth
Add oils to frying pan. Place breasts skin side down into pan. Season with spices. Allow to brown on all sides, turn down heat to medium and let cook thoroughly. When cooked add fresh veggies and the chicken broth to the pan and toss to flavour. Cook until heated, but not soft. Makes three servings.
