Ingredients
Chicken breast, 1.5 #Garlic, 3 cloves finely choppedRed wine, 2 tbspSoy sauce, 2 tbspsugar, 1/4 tsp.white flour, 3 tbsp.2 eggschinese 5 spice, 1/2 tsp.peanut oil, 6 tbsp.
Directions
Marinate chicken (cut into 2x1x1/2), with garlic, red wine, & soy sauce for 2 hours. Add beaten eggs, flour & chinese 5 spice (1/2 tsp). Fry in hot peanut oil until chicken is done.
