Sticky rice

Ingredients
1 cup long grain rice2.5 cups chicken broth1/4 cup of finely chopped onion1/4 cup of chopped red peppers 1 tps garlic powder1 tsp onion powder
Directions
Sautee onions in frying pan, using spray pam.
Mix onions with remaining ingredients in a glass bowl. Cover and cook on high in microwave for 20 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve
