Lola's Salmon Fish Cakes

Ingredients
4 - 2 oz. cans Chicken of the Sea Skinless and Boneless Salmon3 large white eggs1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1/2 cup yellow corn meal1tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Chill for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

Spray nonstick pan with cooking spray. Form salmon mixture into patties. Pan fry on medium heat until firm and browned on each side, approximately 3 minutes per side.

Serving Size: Makes 12 patties. 4 servings of 3 patties
