Steamed seitan

Ingredients
1.5 cups vital wheat gluten1/4 c nutritional yeast1/4 c garbanzo bean flour2T olive oil.5t paprika.5t cumin1t thyme2tsoy sauce4cloves garlic minced1.5 cups vegetable broth
Directions
Combine vital wheat gluten, nutritional yeast, garbanzo bean flour paprika, cumin thyme in large bowl. In smaller bowl combine vegetable broth, soy sauce, garlic and olive oil and whisk. Make well in center of dry mixture and add wet mixture. Knead for 2-3 minutes. Let sit for ten minutes. Knead for another 30 seconds. Roll into a log and cut into 4 equal pieces. Wrap each portion in tin fall folding at sides and steam in steamer basket for 30 minutes.
