Vegetable Soup with Chickpeas and Pasta

Ingredients
*Diced White Potatoes in Can, * Stewed Tomatoes, 1 can * Chickpeas 1 can * Spinach, canned, 1 can * Cut Green Beans, 1 can *Vegetable bouillon, 3 t.* 1 Sweet peppers green, , chopped * 1 Peppers, sweet, red, chopped * Garlic, chopped 1 tsp * Olive Oil, 2 tsp * Thyme, dried, 1 tsp * Oregano, dried 1 tsp Salt and Pepper Water 6 c. Whole wheat Elbow Macaroni, 1/2 c. ***** Use 14.5 oz. cans
Directions
Saute onion, peppers and garlic til softened. Add to vegetables in soup pot. Add 6 cups of water. Add bouillon and spices. Stir. Bring to boil. Add elbow macaroni.-cook for 6-8 minutes til macaroni is done. Reduce heat, cook for 8-10 more minutes.
