One Dr. Praeger Potato Pancake2 fried egg whites1 tbsp Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt1 tsp Franks Red Hot Sauce
Directions
Cook pancake in toaster oven, while frying the egg whites in a skillet over medium heat. Place Pancake on plate, then top with eggs, yogurt, and hot sauce. Yummy!
