Breaded Chicken Fingers

Ingredients
1/8 cup fat free milk1/2 a large egg20 oz of chicken tenders9 tblsp schar brand, gluten free bread crumbs.salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400

Prepare chicken: mix egg and milk. Dip chicken tenders fingers in egg wash, then into breading. pat breading on to chicken, place on cookie sheet.

bake at 400 for 30 minutes. (check for last 10 minutes
